Never fight back with an idiot
When you see a negative comment from a forum or on a blog, don’t fight back. Don’t create an argument because it will only harm your reputation even more. Hence, ask the person about his problem and find a way how you can help him with it.
If he still throws unwanted words against you, simply ignore it. At least, you have already said what you can do to help him, and I think that’s already enough to show good customer service.
